At Stack Brothers Mechanical we offer full-service industrial and power piping fabrication and installation. We have 70 years of experience performing routine maintenance, emergency maintenance, new construction, turnarounds, and shutdown work on complex piping systems at several industrial sites in the Upper Midwest, using our highly skilled Union Trade construction professionals.

We offer on-site pipe fabrication and repair services and for larger projects, requiring more resources and/or material, we utilize our local fabrication shop.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art welding equipment and a talented team of highly-skilled United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Local and have the training and experience to exceed your needs on any capital improvement and/or significant overhaul piping project.

Our team has extensive knowledge of industrial power and process piping (which covers all metallurgies), along with pumps, valves, instrumentation, fin fans, exchangers, cooling towers, boilers, heaters, tanks, pipelines, hot taps, and pressure vessels. 

Stack Bros performs in-field heat treating services for prefabricated pipe spools and welded assemblies and is R-stamp certified to perform repairs on pressure vessels. The R-stamp requires maintaining high standards in materials, systems, and procedures and is issued by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.
