Stack Bros Mechanical provides engineering design detail for boiler room and burner systems of all fuel types in residential homes and commercial buildings. This service includes specific design and use of burner management systems and combustion control systems. Such systems incorporate industry-standard UL/FM approved burner management systems (i.e. Fireye, Honeywell, Siemens, etc.), as well as industry standard and PLC-based combustion control systems.


Full combustion tuning for most fuels & combustion control systems (including pulverized coal, fuel oils, and natural gas) is provided by Stack Brothers. Full and informative combustion data spreadsheets are provided for equipment owner review and safe record-keeping. Our team specializes in upgrades for burner & boiler technologies. These updates foster the ability to provide efficient, safe, and trouble-free operation of boilers.

We do not represent a specific product line or brand for any part of fuel trains, burner management systems, or combustion control systems. We strive to be an independent service provider that is able to convey unbiased assessments for any serviced equipment. We will repair or replace any manufacturer’s heating system components.


Stack Bros performs fuel train testing for burners and fuels of all kinds. This testing includes safety shut-off valve leak testing and related safety measures. Testing and calibration of boiler-related switches and transmitters are also performed and documented by our experienced team. We do complete heating system cleaning, steam trap surveys, testing, repair, and replacement of any manufacturer’s steam traps, and water treatment and testing.
